Dear Tony . . . . . unless you’ve been on Mars for the last year, you will probably be aware that I have been a tad less than happy with the treatment I, my family and my tenants have received at the hands of those in charge of providing statutory services. For the well-being that we so dearly pay for in Council Tax.
Although the following letter was sent to your predecessor, it could well be addressed to you. In fact would you consider it as so?

This is the fourth letter I have sent you since December 9th along with numerous copies of letters regarding the corruption that is apparent in the Council for which you as Leader are responsible. To date, apart from some acknowledgment cards I have yet to receive a reply.
Let me tell you what this infers Sir. That either you condone such activities. Or you really couldn’t care less. Or you are just as corrupt as the people you employ to run Croydon Council. So which is it Sir? I do assure you that if I do not receive some notification from you about what you intend to DO ABOUT this matter I am capable of VERY SERIOUSLY EMBARRASSING you over this issue. Trust me. “Ignoring me is not an option.” as many people are starting to find out.

Tony . . . . . by “statutory services” I am including the Police in that category, who quite frankly have behaved disgracefully. I don’t suppose you have too much sway in that direction but I thought I would bring it up anyway.
Right now I intend to give you the benefit of the doubt, and will wait to see what you intend to do about this deplorable business. . . I’m not going to go into all the details . . it’s all on the web for you to see. http://www.croydoncouncil.info and http://www.metpolicecroydon.co.uk
It is true that David (Wechsler) CEO has promised that my questions will be answered but as yet that has not transpired. . . . my charge to you Sir is to make sure that those promises are kept. Let me point out that despite writing to many Councilors, or at the very least copying them in. Not a single offer of help, or even reasonable reply has been received from any of you. . . . it took a Conservative Councilor Andrew Pelling in his role on the GLA to actually do something about it. . . . additionally let’s not forget that my complaint was (and still is) correct and reasonable and LBC were and still are ENTIRELY at fault. (Along with the MET Police of course.) So much so the LGO has found against them (which means you in the end) . . . maladministration. . . . a very rare finding indeed I now discover. . . . (I’m taking THAT up with Gerry White see my complaint against him on http://www.croydoncouncil.info/page36.html and the ‘Next. Page to that one.
The point of this letter Tony is this. . . . if I am still battling away with LBC and CMP, in three months time I will assume that you have still done absolute NOTHING about this deplorable situation. . . and I will blame you, both as leader of the Council and as our own Ward Councilor . . If it is still the case I intend to put my CONSIDERABLE web power against the ruling Labour Party in Croydon . . . . AND I WILL AS AN OWNER IN YOUR WARD STAND AGAINST YOU IN THE LOCAL ELECTIONS MAY 2006. . . (I haven’t done that for a while . . it’s great fun isn’t it?) Of course I won’t win. . . but I think I could make a good dent in your majority . . . and the platform I intend to stand on is as Ken Frost would say “Labour Croydon Worse than Worthless Council and MET Police PARTY.” has a nice ring to it, don’t you think? . . . Ken would approve no doubt. . . I might even ask him to put his weight behind my cause too. . . (In fact of 08 March 2006 we are a new political party . . Croydon Ratepayers Against Croydon Council.)
But I do not actually want to . . . I would much rather feel that my representative was working as hard as he should for our benefit . . . . and as he no doubt promised to do to get elected . . . ie you.
As a life long Labour Party supporter it will no doubt pain me for a few moments to do so. But since the Party is not the one I voted for any more I’ll live with it. . . . . . . I look forward to your reply with your proposals if any . . .

I don't want a microchip in my Wheelie Bin. I refuse to any longer accept their lies that this is only for recycling purposes. I work in IT, and I know of the limitless uses of a microchip. We were NOT consulted about this, and this is just one more example of the madness, paranoia and corruption of CROYDON COUNCIL. Very soon, the microchip will be used to tax you on the amount of waste products. This is the worst governing Council we have EVER had, and what makes it worse is we all voted for them. The best way to let these mad councillors feel the pinch is to return their "smart" garbage Bins, and VOTE THEM THE HELL OUT OF POWER in the upcoming May elections.

COLIN IS BACK . . . My sites have fallen by the wayside for a year while I was being sued unsuccessfully in the High Court of Justice . . . .
