What is Safer Neighbourhoods?. .
IT’s where police investigate crimes instead of turning a blind eye to them and don’t bother to investigate them.
IT’s where police officers don’t come on to your property and move your furniture about and threaten to arrest you if put it back again.
IT’s where you don’t get a SWAT (TWAT) team coming round to your property to check up on you when you get an electric drill out.
IT’s where police protect people from trespassers and don’t assist trespassers to carry on doing it.
How will Safer Neighbourhood teams benefit Croydon? WELL it certainly will help the Caribbean Take Away Shops. But don’t bother complaining if you are WHITE.
Dedicated teams of police officers and Police community Support Officers based on each ward in Croydon will provide additional policing resources to the Borough of Croydon and therefore provide additional reassurance to those who live, work or socialise in Croydon.
Safer neighbourhood teams will each consist of a minimum of six uniformed Police officers, one Police Sergeant, two police constables and three Police community support officers . . OH GOODY . . . THAT MEANS THEY CAN SEND SIX POLICE OFFICERS ROUND TO YOUR HOUSE  TO THREATEN YOU INSTEAD OF ONLY FIVE.
When will all the wards in Croydon have a Safer Neighbourhood team ?
Within four years it is hoped that all 24 wards across the Borough of Croydon will have a dedicated Safer Neighbourhood Team. The Met Police is committed to delivering this programme to every neighbourhood in London; however, this will require funding over several years and at this stage exact details are not known on how long this will take. Why don’t you do what you do now and don’t bother it will save us all a lot of money on phony schemes that pretend to replace good old fashioned HONEST police work. You know . . the way it used to be.
What will these teams be doing?  A very good question. Let’s hope it includes INVESTIGATING crime.
Why are Safer Neighbourhood teams being introduced? Public surveys still show us that the public still do not feel safer. UNLESS YOU ARE BLACK AND THEN WE WILL INVADE YOUR NEIGHBOURS PROPERTY FOR YOU IF YOU TELL US IT BELONGS TO YOU. DON’T WORRY ABOUT LYING TO US. WE NEVER CHECK UP ON THESE THINGS EVEN IF WE HAVE GOT THE REAL PLANS BACK AT THE STATION.
How much is it costing? .  £26.000.000? HOW MUCH? YOUR HAV’N A LAUGH.
How will the Met know if this is working?  FROM WEB SITES LIKE THIS ONE. THIS IS THE WAY TO GO. IT IS THE FUTURE. BULLSHIT SELF CONGRATULATION SITES WILL NO LONGER BE THE REFUGE OF THE INCOMPETENT. THROUGH WEB SITES LIKE THIS ONE . .  THOSE AT THE VERY TOP WILL HAVE TO TAKE NOTICE AND NOT BE SHIELDED FROM THE REALITY BY THEIR SYCOPHANTIC EMPLOYEES. Whether they do anything about it remains to be seen if they do not then the millions that are being spent on BULLSHIT sites is going to be further waste of of public money.

Ch Supt Vicki Marr said” Safer Neighbourhoods provides the Borough of Croydon with additional police officers and police community support officers to enable us to tackle anti-social behaviour issues that effect the community. I am confident that our Safer Neighbourhood teams will be a success. In Croydon, the number of Police Officers has risen over the past 3 years from 558 in Feb 2001 to 648 in Feb 2004. This increase has begun to make a real difference in helping us tackle crime. We have just seen the end of this planning year and Street crime has been reduced by 8% this is 188 fewer offences than the same period last year. Burglary is showing an 8% reduction from the same period last year, this equates to 346 fewer offences. Vehicle crime is showing a 12% reduction with 940 fewer offences compared to last year. However, we are not complacent and remain committed to reducing crime and the fear of crime in Croydon.  . . . . OH REALLY? THIS IS THE REALITY.

Well now I’m a “racist white pig”. It’s a shame the comment wasn’t made in the hearing of your officers that were called to the scene yesterday, and who had just left. Consistent with my promise to defend my property, I placed a large wardrobe in my doorway, entirely within the boundaries of my property. And as is obvious it would do it almost entirely blocked the entrance to the shop. The tenants in the shop attempted to move it but I prevented them from doing so. And so they called the police.
Whilst your officers were not threatening they were not at all sympathetic to my case. (no more than to be expected, since they know nothing of it). However I did find them quite lacking in their knowledge of the law of trespass, and the law of ‘self help’. All they saw was a cantankerous old man (probably racist) trying to disrupt the business of the shop. I did try to explain but all I got was a lecture. Anyway I am sure their point of view will all be on file by now.
The upshot is that I was told if I did not move the wardrobe then they would. I was informed it was a fire hazard, since it prevents people leaving the shop. And would need to be moved. . . of course it is and I wrote and informed yourselves, and Borough Commander LFB, DO Kevin Sexton of the fact Saturday, 06 December 2003, but nothing was done about that either.
 Anyway I relented and the gentleman officer kindly helped me in with the wardrobe.
Obviously this is not the end of the matter and I intend to continue in such a fashion until someone who has some knowledge of the case comes along, and explains to these people about trespass and rights of way, or in this case the lack of it. From the conversations that were flying around, it is clear that the tenant has been lied to by the freeholder Patel. Despite having the knowledge that he has, through his disreputable solicitor, that there is no right of way, he has deceitfully told her that there is. This matter is nothing to do with the tenant at all. It is a matter between the freeholder Patel and ourselves.
I was accused of wasting police time. I’m sorry if it comes across like that. But the police will save themselves a lot of time in future if one of them explained to these people, exactly where they stand, in the matter of trespass. And the matter of criminal damage by nailing their own signs to my property.  I intend in future not to waste time and stress in arguing with any officers that call in future. I will simple hand them a letter with a list of those members of the police that have at least an inkling of what is going on. Including your own number, if you don’t mind.

Met Police Croydon  . . No 2 on Google, Virginnet, Ask Jeeves, MSN and No 1 on METACRAWLER  . . . and front page on nearly every other engine. It seems my sites get as many visitors as theirs . . . and why not? . . . they are at least truthful.. . . . .  there is only so much BSE (Bovine Solid Excrement) the public can stand.
On a Search on Metacrawler the engine that searches the rest.  A search of . . . met police croydon . . Oct 28 gave  Colin’s sites an incredible 13 out of the first 20.

Despite officers nationwide being issued with a booklet saying 'Don't forget, if anyone says it's a racial incident, it is!'
ALL the above guidelines were totally ignored. . . . Not only that Croydon Police lost the evidence  . . All four items properly and correctly entered into evidence along with my correctly sworn statements.
The point of these web sites is to point out that the same rules about racial hatred, racial threats, racial abuse, and even a racist gun threat  . . that I had to suffer and endure. . . APPLY JUST AS MUCH TO THE BLACK CITIZENS AS THEY DO TO THE WHITES. And the Police are duty bound to abide by that and not just suit themselves.
Croydon Crime Manager Mark Stockford’s statement “This is not a matter for the Police” is not only UNTRUE but is UNLAWFUL.

COLIN IS BACK . . . My sites have fallen by the wayside for a year while I was being sued unsuccessfully in the High Court of Justice . . . .
